Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Showviral, and we’ve made the return process simple for you. If you happen to order the wrong size or encounter any other issues, you can easily exchange or return your order for free within the contiguous U.S. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  • Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your original order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Keep in mind that returns or exchanges for items purchased online cannot be processed at our physical store locations, and in-store purchases cannot be returned online. Showviral, socks that have been tried on, or opened shoe care items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Products not originally purchased from Showviral Company are also not accepted for return.

Extended Holiday Return Window

To ensure confident gift-giving, we’ve extended our holiday return window for purchases made between November 1st, 2023, and December 31st, 2023. Items purchased during this period can be returned or exchanged until January 31st, 2024, as long as they meet the standard return conditions.

Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow up to 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it takes longer than two weeks, feel free to contact us.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $50. Free return shipping is also offered for items valued at $80 or more, including footwear, jackets, bags, and belts, shipped within the contiguous U.S. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders with expedited shipping placed after 2 pm ET will not ship the same day. Keep in mind that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Showviral Company.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, any changes (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to a fee of $17.60, depending on the time elapsed since the order was placed.

Note: Order changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated for Kato or Yellow108 products or international orders.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event of lost or damaged goods, we’ll replace them with a full store credit or a replacement of the original order once verified by the carrier. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.

International (Non-U.S.) Shipping & Returns

We appreciate our global community! As of this year, our products have reached over 100 countries. For details on how shipping and returns work outside the U.S., please visit our International Shipping & Returns page.

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter any material or craftsmanship flaws, please contact us so our customer support team can assist you. Unauthorized third-party purchases are not covered by Showviral Company.

Repeated Returns

We strive to make your shopping experience easy, offering free shipping and returns. However, we monitor returns closely, and repeated returns in violation of our terms may lead to added shipping charges, restocking fees for future returns, or even the refusal of future orders.

Items purchased as final sale may not be returned or exchanged.
